Compensation: Based on Experience and Qualifications
**It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide proof of prior certification and wildland firefighting assignment history.**
Qualified FFT1’s should be hardworking individuals who are dependable and willing to travel. Additional training and advancement opportunities are available within the company for those individuals who demonstrate a strong leadership qualities.
